SHIPPING

Free Shipping on all US orders! All orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 3-6 business days. We ship within one business day of purchase. Orders placed after 8pm EST, over the weekend, or on holidays will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: USPS does not guarantee transit times. On occasion it may take slightly longer for your package to arrive.  This is typically due to routing errors or congestion during the holiday season.

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped so you can check your package as it makes its way to you.  Please note it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to work.

We ship anywhere in the US including Hawaii, Alaska, and APOs for military families.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer FREE Shipping on orders of $125+ (USD) for international customers.  International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. Your order should arrive within 7-21 business days.  Packages are not insured.

Countries we currently ship to: Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Belize, Germany, & Iceland. Don't see your country listed? Message us to tell us your interest!

*Please note - order totals will be listed in the US Dollar.  Your credit card company will change to the total to your country's currency.  Some credit cards charge additional fees to do that.  We are not responsible for additional fees you may incur* 

ALL ORDERS
Please note, once we have dropped your package off at USPS, we are no longer responsible for your package. If you have any questions once your package has been dropped off, please contact USPS at www.usps.com or call 1-800-ASK-USPS.

Additionally, we are not responsible for packages that have been marked "delivered" by the USPS. Please be sure you are always shipping to a secure location.

RETURNS

At Stella Lew Boutique, our main goal is to provide our customers with top quality products and service. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right for you!

Please be sure to check your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you've received a defective item, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Please be sure to include a picture of the defect, as this will expedite the process. If you were sent incorrect items, or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that error sorted out for you!

Rules & Procedures for Returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only. 
  • Items NOT Eligible for Return:
    • Any time a coupon code or discount of 25% off or greater was used on the order.
    • Any item in the sale/clearance section.
    • Any item marked down or discounted greater than 25% off the original price
  • We cannot provide exchanges (or holds), due to extremely limited inventory.
  • All SALE items are FINAL SALE.
  • All returns must be received at Stella Lew Boutique within 15 days of the date your package was delivered by the USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for return package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within that 15-day window. 
  • Return items must be in their original, new condition. They must still have tags attached, and remain unwashed, unworn, and free of odors and stains. Please see "CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS" below for further details of acceptable returns.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as defects and customer is responsible for return shipping. 

How to Make a Return: 

  1. Before making a return please read our policy above to ensure that your items meet the guidelines. 
  2. Please complete the return form that was included in your package and include it, along with your packing slip, with your return. (if you need a new copy of the return form, please email us at support@stellalewboutique.com)

  1. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. A full store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. The gift card will be emailed to the email address entered at checkout. 

CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER

Sometimes things happen and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! You can contact us at support@stellalewboutique.com. Because we ship very quickly to give you the best possible service, if your order has already been processed, we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

All returned items must be in their original condition. They must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors and stains, and still have tags attached. If we receive an item that does not meet these conditions, we cannot accept the item for return. If this is the case, you will be contacted via the email provided when you checked out and you will have the option to have the item can be sent back to you for a $10 return fee.
